In addition to Get Healthy at Work resources, you’ll find many more organisations with helpful, easy to access resources to download and print.

  • Mental health resources

Nearly half of the Australian adult population will experience a mental health difficulty at some point in their lives. Mental health problems can have a significant impact on the individual worker and the organisation with more workers absent from work because of stress and anxiety than because of physical illness or injury. Organisations can promote good health by taking simple, yet inexpensive steps to reduce stigma, improve performance, retain staff and improve the working environment for everyone in it.
